Thank you for shopping at PikyWiky! We want your order to reach you smoothly, so here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Good to Know
- Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages. Your confirmation email will include tracking for each one.
- Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t redirect a package once it has shipped.
- Delays can happen during peak seasons, holidays or because of carrier issues, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
- Some orders may require additional verification for security purposes.
Lost or Delayed Package?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, or your tracking shows no updates for 10 days, email us at contact@pikywiky.com with your order number and we’ll make it right.
